Due to the nature of this production method, each product may vary slightly. For every order you place we will provide transparency about the women who have worked hard to create your products. Depending on your desire to share the story of the products you purchase, our team will work with you to assist with your marketing and PR needs.

Depending on the specifications of your order, turnaround time for opening orders is 8-12 weeks. Reorders tend to take less time, around 6-8 weeks. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment.
We offer pricing that works for you and your company while paying our artisans the optimal amount for their work. Our items range from $2 - $10 per piece. We are happy to create customized pricing for your company based on your needs.
We ask that all changes to your order or cancellations be submitted by email within 24 hours of placing the order. Our merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise.

It is our desire to provide you with high quality products that reflect your brand and tell a compelling, true story to those that carry your products. We ask that you inspect shipments immediately upon arrival. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our team at email@example.com within 5 days of receipt. Returned defective product will be replaced with new products.
$300 minimum for opening orders, $75 minimum for reorders.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT TERMS
Because your partnership is so valuable to us, Market Colors absorbs the cost of international shipping, charging only for the domestic shipment. This shipment cost is charged at time of shipment and will be included on your final invoice. We will invoice you for the cost of shipping domestically from our US office to your address.
